So just a quick note since it's late and I currently have insomnia:

I AM SO EXCITED!!

I just bought my first DSLR (sort of on a whim) - the Nikon D60 with the added 200mm lens and I got it for cheap! Finally the world can be fair - sorta! I've been thinking about buying one for a while now and I just had to wait for the right moment. I can't wait to try it out so stay tuned for more photo uploads in the future. I can't wait to see what opportunities this new camera will create for me. The future is looking RAD!

This last half of 2009 will be fabulous, I can already feel the excitement building if you cannot already tell by my overly positive syntax

My life currently has become interesting.

I just found out that my friend has gotten engaged as of yesterday! So Congratulations!!! I can't wait to be one of her bridesmaids in the future.

The boyfriend coerced me into driving with him to Lloydminister where he works for a full day so we both could "check it out". I think he wants me to like it so we can somehow move here.. as much as I don't mind the country, just more... urban-country if that's logical, at least only 15 mins away not 2 hours where I can't drive anywhere on a whim and actually have to plan trips to the city. SHEESH! not exactly what I had in mind. Hopefully in this instance the future still holds bright.

My best guy-friend has moved away to Newfoundland I'm really going to miss him. He's been gone one week now and it's just weird and awful.

I haven't had the time to make any plushies these last few weeks with working a lot and then the boyfriend coming home every second week. I'm planning on making a heartless plush from kingdom hearts but I think I have to tweak the pattern a bit to my liking which, obviously takes a bit of time when you don't know what you are doing.. *sigh
